EC Planners

1. LifePlanner™

Let’s start with the product that put Erin Condren on the map. The Erin Condren Life Planner is the most iconic EC product. While it started off as just the 7×9 Vertical Life Planner, EC started offering more layouts and sizes.

♥ Layout Options: You can choose between a horizontal, vertical, hourly, daily and simply a monthly layout.

♥ Size Options: It is available in A5 size and 7×9″ size.

♥ Binding Options: There is an option for a coiled planner, a binder planner, and an A5 Ring Agenda.

Although the layouts change based on your preference, there are still elements that remain the same in all the planners. Each LifePlanner includes:

  • An exchangeable snap-in cover that you can personalize (you can design your own cover or just add your name).
  • Year-at-a-glance calendar
  • Monthly calendar and monthly dashboard pages.
  • Thick 80# paper.
  • Monthly quote cover pages
  • Premium sticker sheets
  • A pocket in the back of the planner

My Thoughts: This is my #1 Favorite product by Erin Condren! This is my tried and true planner throughout the years. I bought my first Life Planner in 2016 and haven’t bought any other planner since. I only use the 7×9 vertical as it allows me to decorate it and stay organized throughout the week. I tried the Daily Duo planner one year and found that it was not the best option for me as I didn’t have enough to fill it up with. I do my daily planning digitally so I found that vertical weekly planning was the best option for me but you can find an option that fits best! If you can’t decide, take the “Which Planner is Best For You” by EC.

2. Softbound Planner

This is a more portable and affordable planner option compared to its cousin, the Life Planner. This is a great option if you are not sticker-heavy in your planner. It also lays flat so Lefties will love this option as you don’t have a coil you need to worry about.

♥ Layout Options: You can choose between a horizontal, vertical, or hourly.

♥ Size Options: It is available in 8″ by 10″, A5 size, and Pocket Planner

♥ A soft buttery vegan leather cover that is very durable and with gorgeous design options to choose from.

  • Year-at-a-glance calendar
  • Monthly calendar and monthly dashboard pages.
  • Thick 80# paper.
  • Monthly quote cover pages

My Thoughts: If you love to use stickers, I would recommend a different options that allows space for your planner to actually close. However, this is an excellent option if you want a planner that you can carry with you wherever you go. I use a softbound planner at work since it is a planner I can easily carry in my purse and allows me to plan my day quickly. I love that it has virtually the same layout as the life planner.

3. Academic Planner

The all-in-one student planner where you can track your class schedules, school agenda, exams, projects, and more. It also has a list of important holidays to remember. This planner runs from July to July. There is no layout options to choose from but it has one student layout that is very functional for those in school.

♥ Size Options: It is available in A5 size and 7×9″ size.

♥ Interior Designs: 4 interior designs to choose from.

♥ Binding Options: Coiled and Softbound

  • Year-at-a-glance calendar
  • Monthly calendar and 2 student dashboard pages at the start of each month
  • Thick 80# paper.
  • Monthly quote cover pages
  • 4 notes pages after each month.

My Thoughts: I really wish I could have bought this planner when I was in school because this is the perfect planner for students. However, I was surprised to find that you can use this planner for a different purpose. In my case, I will be using this as a business planner as the layout is very functional.

4. PetitePlanner Folio System

If you love using a traveler’s journal to plan, this is the perfect option for you. You can use this system for daily planning, weekly planning, journaling or planning specific things such as your budget, fitness, mental health, goal planning and more! You have the option to choose from a vegan leather folio with a beautiful and vivid design and you can choose your internal notebooks to wrap within your folio. The folio holds up to 4 petite journals. You can also personalize your folio with your initials.

The petite journals are sized 5.7″ x 8.25″ and you can choose from the following:

  • A daily or weekly planner that runs for 1 quarter of the year (purchase all 4 for the whole year)
  • Budget Book
  • Wellness Log
  • Meal Planner
  • Goal Setting Journal
  • Pet Care Journal
  • Travel Journal
  • Self-care Journal
  • Plant Journal
  • Breast Cancer Journal
  • Blank Journals including the Productivity layout, lined layout, or dot-grid layout

My Thoughts: The Petite Folio is the perfect addition to my planner stack. I use the goal planner, meal planner, and notebook inserts personally. It is so customizable and an option that you can take with you on the go. I love having all my specialty planning journals in one place.

5. A5 Ring Agenda

For transparency, this is the only item on this list that I have not personally used but it deserves a special mention because it is so gorgeous! If it wasn’t for my already almost 5 feet tall planner stack, I would definitely grab this planner. This is a ring-bound planner with 6 rings. As with all other EC planner options, there are several cover designs to choose from.

What really calls out to me is all the pockets available in the planner and the fact that you can choose similar layouts as the life planner. But you can rearrange your pages and add additional note pages.

6. Daily Duo

The daily duo is a Daily Life Planner meaning that each page in the planner is a daily view. The layout includes an hourly view, a checklist, and plenty of space for stickers, plans, and/or quotes. It is the ultimate tool if you want to break down all your daily activities.

♥ Size Options: It is available in A5 size and 7×9″ size.

♥ Interior Designs: 4 interior designs to choose from.

♥ Binding Options: Coiled and it is broken up into 2 different 6-month planners.

  • An exchangeable snap-in cover that you can personalize (you can design your own cover or just add your name). The cover of one of the planners can be personalized.
  • Year-at-a-glance calendar
  • Monthly calendar and monthly dashboard pages.
  • Thick 80# paper.
  • Monthly quote cover pages
  • Premium sticker sheets
  • A pocket in the back of each planner

My Thoughts: Personally, I really wanted this planner to work for me. It allows you to break up your day into hourly activities, to-dos, and even allows space for daily trackers. However, I am more of a weekly view type of person as I use digital tools for my daily planning. If you are in the market for a daily planner, this is your best option! If you get a little overwhelmed by daily plans, you may not enjoy this option as much.
