I have curated a list of the 10 best planner sticker shops to try in 2023. These are my personal tried and true sticker shops I use and love. How To Find A Great Sticker Shop
There is something so satisfying about placing stickers in your weekly planner. Finding great stickers can help you stay motivated to work on your tasks, have a creative outlet and in general, enjoy the whole process of planning. Finding your own personal planning style is quite the journey and may involve a lot of trial and error so don’t be afraid to experiment! Here are 3 ways that I discover great sticker shops:
- Jumping on Youtube and watching Plan With Me Videos! This is a simple and enjoyable way to see the planner stickers in action and the planner girl’s thoughts on the sticker kits. There are several video formats including haul videos where someone goes through stickers they have purchased or a regular plan with me video.
- Discovering the Instagram world of planners. The planner community on Instagram is a very supportive and kind community. You will find some great recommendations from other planner accounts or from the sticker shop accounts themselves. A great thing about finding a planner shop on Instagram is that a lot of them have an Instagram specific discount code that you can take advantage of.
- Right off of the Etsy Search. You can find a lot of great planner sticker shops on Etsy and some shops are very highly reviewed. This is how I have discovered several shops. I will sometimes find a sticker shop I like on Etsy and then do a quick search on Youtube afterward to just see how the stickers are used but for the most part, you can find everything you need on Etsy.

As a quick note, these are my personal favorite sticker shops. Some I have been using for several years and others are a new find but one that I thoroughly enjoy. I am confident that my picks can help you discover the next best shop for you to use. Especially since a lot of these sticker shops are very well-loved in the planner community.

Presently, I could say that this shop is my go-to for sticker kits, functional icon stickers, and sometimes monthly planning kits. The stickers are hand-drawn by the owner . The style is very girly and pink full of bows and lace. They offer a very wide range of functional icon stickers for every task imaginable. A great thing about this shop is that the prices are pretty affordable and although it ships from Portugal, the shipping fee is also very manageable.
Aside from this shop’s amazing stickers, the owner’s customer service is impeccable. I remember that once she made a mistake on a kit and she issued a partial refund on that kit even without me asking. She is also extremely responsive when tagged on Instagram. It’s those little things that make a shop stand out in a very competitive space.

Let me just say, how does this shop get such amazing paper? The paper from this shop is so buttery smooth and very high-quality. The ink is so vibrant because of it. This is initially why I fell in love with the stickers from this shop and I stayed for the monthly kits. I will say that this shop used to make weekly sticker kits for 7×9 planners but doesn’t offer them any longer and it makes me so sad but I continue purchasing the monthly sticker kits. You get plenty of checkboxes, labels, washi, flags, and even some journaling deco. The paper quality is also amazing. I am a new customer for this shop and immediately became enamored with these kits.

Whenever I have a bad day or a really good day, I like to use a sticker to represent that. This Australia-based shop has the perfect emotion stickers in the form of kawaii girls. They have a very sarcastic, playful, and sassy style! Their animation style is also on-point. Although they do offer sticker kits, they are most well-known for their kawaii girls and animal character stickers.
I can honestly say that they do creative like no other shop. Their Kawaii Girls line turns any everyday task into a funny situation and even helps you get excited to do whatever you need to do in the day.

These hand-drawn luxe stickers are a great way to highlight an important activity in your day and really make it stand out. I also love the highly decorative note stickers that this shop offers. Their doodles are simply art. I also must point out that they are very generous with their freebies.

They have a great social media presence and the way I discovered this shop was due to how welcoming they were to me in the Instagram planning community. Of course, a lot of sticker shop owners are very kind but the way that Stickerguru interacts with their audience is really special.

The variety of stickers in this shop is almost unparalleled. They have a sticker for every occasion, every task. They are big on icon stickers but they have very cute date number stickers and a bunch of functional stickers. Their signature is the Kawaii face on all the icons, whether it’s a mad face on a bill due sticker or a happy face on a shopping sticker, you can count on these stickers to make you motivated to do more.
As if that alone wasn’t enough, their shipping times are exceptional, sometimes even shipping the items within the same day or the next couple of days. Their paper is also of exceptional quality. While still being removable, the stickers adhere very well to the paper. They are my go-to for a lot of my “stock” stickers such as happy mail packages, trash day, and scale stickers. The only disadvantage you will find in this shop is choosing which stickers you want to buy. There are so man selections that you will have a very difficult time choosing…

You can find a sticker with a Munchkin doing almost every task imaginable. I especially love the play on words that the sticker creators use to depict the Munchkin. Using one on a regular sticker spread can make me chuckle and it adds so much fun personality to my plans. The weekly planner spreads are also hand-drawing with this quintessential character brightening up all the pages.

This is perhaps the newest shop on this list but it has quickly become a favorite of mine! Alia Moorhouse, the owner is quick to cheer on other sticker shop owners and is such a positive presence in the planner community. Additionally, she has the fastest shipping I have seen in sticker shops. Of course her stickers are of the highest quality and very functional. Not to mention that she has some of the coolest sticker albums I have ever seen and have been searching all over the internet for. Something to note is that her weekly sticker kits do not have headers but she does add plenty of washi!
